As the sun reaches the highest point in the sky and gives us our longest day of the year, come join us as ‘Luna Moth’ will guide you through a meditative Yogic salutation, setting intension and giving gratitude for new growth and our connectedness with Mother Earth in her cycles with the Sun.
Bring your own mat or towel to lay on and an open mind.
