Join us for the PIac 3rd annual irish american festival. the festival will be held in the courthouse square in stroudsburg, pa. there will be vendors, food, games and music throughout the day. This year we will have poor man’s gambit, sheridan ruitin and our headliner, the glenbarry bhoys. we’ll finish out the evening with local band and musician favorites (TBA).
